Sometimes the most impressive thing a brewery can do is brew a truly great lager. Tennessee Lager is our answer to that challenge — a clean, crisp, brilliantly clear beer that showcases the quality of our local ingredients and the precision of our brewing process. We use 100% Tennessee-grown two-row barley, a touch of Pilsner malt for a light grainy sweetness, and noble Saaz hops for a delicate floral and herbal bitterness. After fermentation, the beer is cold-conditioned for six weeks at near-freezing temperatures, allowing it to develop exceptional clarity and a silky-smooth mouthfeel. The result is a lager that can stand proudly alongside any European classic.
