Inspired by the rolling ridges of the Appalachian Mountains, our Amber Ale is brewed with a blend of Crystal and Munich malts that deliver a deep copper color and a malt-forward flavor profile. Notes of toasted caramel and toffee open on the palate, followed by a subtle sweetness reminiscent of wildflower honey gathered from Tennessee hillsides. A gentle hop bitterness from Willamette hops balances the sweetness and leads to a clean, dry finish. This is a sessionable, approachable ale — equally at home at a backyard cookout or a quiet evening on the porch.
